I receive quite a few new client inquiries from expectant parents who are interested in the quality of a MJP maternity portrait but only desire “a few small prints” to commemorate the occasion. Since my maternity sessions are designed to create a ordering gallery full of a variety of portrait options, the standard session fee is reflects this and most full-session maternity clients invest between $400-800 in prints and products often desiring wall portraits or canvases and albums along with smaller prints.
I love working with ALL maternity clients and I hate to turn away anyone who wants to celebrate their pregnancy with beautiful portraits, so I am introducing two maternity “Simplicity Session” portrait options that are all-inclusive, streamlined sessions designed to capture a very specific look.
SILHOUETTE SERIES – The pregnancy silhouette is striking portrait that is very flattering for nearly every expectant mom and really shows off the shape of the belly. Series includes individual poses along with poses with Dad and any additional children.*
RADIANCE SERIES – The pregnant form when photographed against a simple black background is truly radiant. This series includes individual poses along with poses with Dad and any additional children.*
*Due to the time constraints of the Simplicity Sessions, all poses with Dad and other children are done “one on one” with Mom. If you would like family or group portraits with multiple children, a full session will need to be scheduled.
The Simplicity Sessions are approximately 15-20 minutes long and we will capture 4-8 poses during your session. The images will then be presented to you in an online ordering gallery for you to be able to make your final portrait selections.
There are three all-inclusive pricing options:
$250 | Session + 3 Gift prints of your choice (8×10 and smaller)
$350 | Session + 3 Digital Files (1 pose = 1 file)
$375 | Session + 3-Image 10×20 framed Collage
