Wow – it’s so hard to believe that January is nearly 2/3rds of the way over. We are nearly done with the first month of 2014! And what a year it has started out to be!
But before we go too much further into the New Year, I need to share another session from 2013. The F family first came to me about four years ago for maternity & newborn portraits for their daughter. I was super excited to hear from Mom in November that they wanted to get new portraits of their now, slightly larger, family. They’d added a little boy to the mix in the four years since I’d seen them last!
Wearing a combination of black, greys and creams I opted to go with my trusty grey background. It’s warm subtle tone would let this gorgeous family really stand out in the portraits and with adorable children like these to – as a family photographer, I want to make sure my subjects stand out!
I will admit, little brother wasn’t 100% sure about the whole portrait process. He was a little gun shy about posing for me, insisting on being with Mom and Dad the whole time. But soon, with the help of a small cookie bribe, he was hamming it up for the camera like a pro! How much more precious can you get than little brother giving big sis a kiss on the cheek!
This was an awesome portrait session and they loved the images so much they had to have them ALL! Here is a small sampling of more images from their family portrait session.
