Scrapbook Live – Bubble Border

The Border

I think I might be in my circle era! This border definitely has plenty of them! The Sun-Soaked collection from Creative Memories is hard to resist. The colors are vibrant, the artwork gorgeous and all the little details just make me smile. BUT – this Bubble Border can be done with more than just a tropical waters layout – consider using it for bathtime or blowing bubbles!

Supplies

• Circle Punch (1-3/4″)
• Leafy Vine Border Puch (substitute as needed)
• CCS Circle Patterns
• CCS Cutting Blades
• 13 x 13″ Cutting Mat
• Various cardstock and designer papers
• Stickers and embellishments

Other punches that will work well for seaweed are (retired and hard to find) Winter Vine Border Punch and the (retired) Five-Leaf Punch. The 12-inch Decorative Trimmer also makes great aquatic vegetation.
