The Layout
I just adore the colors of the Staycation (2021) collection, and this layout has been on my to-do list since it debuted on the blog four years ago! I need a February 2025 monthly layout, and I think this design will work perfect with the emphasis on smaller photos and journaling. Truthfully, however, the star of the show is the border on the left page with all the fun colors of the Staycation collection. I will be using the Noteworthy collection, which doesn’t have quite as many varying colors, but I think it will still be a fun one to play with punches and papers. One great part of this layout is that there is a lot of flexibility in the punched border section – you can use just one punch on repeat like the blog sample shows, or you can use various punches that fit your theme. You can go high contrast with a several different colors of paper or cardstock, or you can stay monochromatic with the paper choices.
