Scrapbook Live with Meggan July 3, 2024

Tessa put it well – I’m attempting to squeeze my large kitchen into a smaller one, which is really akin to fitting my spacious house into a more compact home. How many spatulas, mixing bowls, or blankets does one actually need? I possess sheets and pillows suitable for five beds, yet now we’re down to three. My husband has already made a couple of donation runs, and I foresee more in our future. In short, my scrapbook room isn’t set up for a genuine Scrapbook Live session this week, but it will certainly be prepared by next week! With that in mind, I have another older project to present to you.

The Layout

This is another layout inspired by the Creative Memories Japan Instagram feed from a few years ago. I really enjoyed the simplicity of the technique and how it allows you to use the decorative blades on the 12″ Trimmer. While I show this as a single page layout, you can easily carry it over into a two-page layout if you need room for more photos. This project was originally created in April 2021 and features the now retired Homestead Collection, but it would work well with any set of papers and border elements that work with your photos.
