Scrapbook Live with Meggan September 20, 2024

I will be going LIVE on my Facebook page at 12:00 pm PT on FRIDAY, September 20, 2024. If you can’t join me for the FB Live, the recording will be available to watch later on Facebook or you can find it on my YouTube Channel. I will also add it to this blog post along with a photo of my final layout.

NOTE: Going forward, Scrapbook Live will be on Fridays at 12pm PT. This works a bit better with my schedule as Wednesdays are early release days for elementary school.

The Layout

I first shared this layout in the fall of 2020 when I was a member of the Creative Life Scrapbooking design team. I used the wood texture paper that was part of the Graceful Theme Pack. With the release of the new Wonderful Day collection that includes a Woodgrain Paper Pack, I thought it would be fun to demo this layout as part of Scrapbook Live. However, you don’t have to use woodgrain paper for this layout. You can use cardstock or other tonal paper if you wish, though I would recommend using something with a subtle pattern if you use a designer paper.

The Handout

While this isn’t a difficult layout, you will want to have a ruler, pencil and your 13×13 Cutting Mat available.
